Spring Break Fun...
Mayah was on spring break this past week and we had lots of fun hanging out. It makes me excited for summer vacation so that I have my little buddy back all day long. She's not as excited as I am b/c it means she doesn't get to go to school. Mayah is definitely the grown up in our relationship...I'm excited for school to be out and she is sad that she won't get to go for 2 WHOLE months!! Our spring break activities have included a beach day, swimming, endless bike rides, play dates, and a trip to the movies. I felt pretty brave one day and decided to bring all 3 to an afternoon showing of Enchanted. The movie was awesome...so the Easter bunny decided to leave the dvd for the kids as their Easter gift :-) And I have to say that I was feeling quite proud of myself for the fact that we made it an entire movie with Connor sitting quietly in his seat and Ava sleeping soundly in her car seat. Okay, I guess I should re-phrase and say that I am proud of the kids b/c really I didn't do jack squat...I just got lucky!!

Okay, I am officially jealous of you living in Cali. I love the beach pic, can we come visit? Do you think you'll be there longterm? All your posts lately are adorable- Your KIDS are ADORABLE!
wow, look and mayah and all her boy toys! no wonder she isn't looking forward to school ending.
I'm still impressed that you made it through the movie with 3 kids because even if Ava was sleeping there was always the possibility that Mayah would have to go to the bathroom or Connor or Ava need a new diaper . . . NICE WORK!!!!

Let us know if you come back to Michigan at all this summer- we would love to see you guys! I love being able to see how you all are doing through your blog too- makes me feel like I haven't missed a beat! We would love to come visit!

I know wasn't Enchanted so cute?! I saw it last week also, first time. Even Hudson was into it for about 45 min.

Spring Break sounded like fun. You have the weather for it for sure. I bet you miss having Mayah around. She's such a great companion. An old soul for sure.
