We were debating wether to go to Disney Land or Sea World, obviously Sea World won (kids choice). I am sooooo glad the kids got their way because it was amazing. I've never been before so it was a new experience for me as well as the kids. I told Becki that once the kids are all in school that I want to be a marine biologist (that's what I used to want to be as a kid) and swim with the dolphins and shamu every day :-) I'll have to figure out the whole commute to San Diego thing though :-) I guess by that then it will be time for us to relocate again anyways given our track record, right?? Next stop San Diego so that mommy can live out her childhood fantasies of swimming with the whales and dolphins!!
Mayah wasn't a fan of the sting rays. She thought they were cool to look at, but didn't want to stick her hands in the water to feel them. When she did brave one tiny poke she said they were too slimy. Connor wasn't that outgoing with them either. He didn't really like how they would flap their fins (is that what you'd call them??) around and splash him in the face. I think I've just realized that I have a bunch of fraidy cats for kids!!
