WAH! WAH! SCREAM! SCREAM!

Since we've arrived home Ava has not been herself. She has the odds majorly stacked against her which results in one cranky baby. 2 days after we flew in she had 5 shots (one of which was the flu shot, which makes you REALLY sore), she got sick, she is continuing to cut numerous teeth, and she decided to go on a hunger strike. She was cutting teeth on the plane as well, but did surprisingly well...they all did in fact! It was me who ended up getting sick with a migraine and throwing up left and right. Yuck! Luckily the flight attendants were awesome and there was hardly anyone on the plane (not to mention the fact that we were flying first class....sooo nice, I don't know how I'll ever go back!) so every time I had to make a mad dash for the bathroom I would just hand off Ava to the nearest flight attendant and go puke my guts out. Not fun, but we made it :-) So back to Ava...the above picture is a good example of what her demeanor is all day long, she just sits in one place and cries...unless she is attached to my hip that is, and we all know that isn't possible 100% of the time. She won't even attempt to walk b/c her legs hurt her so much and she's so miserable. She did get her cast off a couple of days ago so at least she is enjoying her baths sans plastic bags and rubber bands up to her armpits!! So my house is still in boxes and looks as if a tornado has rip it's way through. I think she is on the up swing thankfully and that is how I found a little ounce of time to post something. I do have a few more posts to put up from our last excursions in Singapore and one post that will introduce you to the newest member of our family :-) wink, wink! I just haven't had any time to even think about the blogging world since I've been home...I've been having too much fun reacquainting myself with Target and all of my other favorite money pits...am I right Jason, or am I right?
