I had to put up this picture because it perfectly captures the true essence of Connor. He loves his blue snugglies. He has two big ones that he has to sleep with and/or drag around the house when he's tired and one smaller one that stays in the car so we don't have any screaming going on (pretzels are also a must in the car for him). He is also OBSESSED with trains. Any train will do, but nothing beats a Thomas train!! Just a little mental picture...the other day just before I was going to pick Mayah up from school I started thinking how quiet it was around the house. So I went looking for Connor to get him ready to pick her up. I found him in the play room laying on his back right next to his trains. He had his snugglies over his eyes and his thumb in his mouth. I can't quite describe how cute this was, but it was soooooo adorable I just wanted to eat him up!! So I peaked under the blankets and he just grinned the cutest grin at me. I told him "we have to go get sis" (fyi Connor calls Mayah "yas"...I guess it sounds like "sis" to him) So I pick him up and as we walk out he says, over my shoulder, "Bye, bye Momas" with the saddest eyes ever. (He calls Thomas, Momas...and try as we might, we haven't been able to convince him that's not how you say it.)

It's nice to see other kids have blankie obsessions, and it's not just mine that scream in the car without it!!! It's funny he calls Mayah "yas," Hannah use to calle Elle "Ya Ya!"
