Big day at the mall!

Our big trip of the day today was going to the mall. And yes, Mayah and I truly love it, shallow, I know. She is becoming quite the power shopper right along with me. She'll look through all the girl clothes and say "ooh this one's cute" or "I just have to try this on." And when we are in the "big" girls department, that's me, she tell me... "you have to get this it would be really cute on you!" So of course, I have to agree with her and buy it! Joking...kinda :-) The main reason we hit the mall today was to buy me the hat that you'll see Mayah wearing in the slide show. I also wanted to show her the hermit crabs with painted shells that you can buy. Jason and I thought they would make good pets...very low maintenance and NOT stinky! She's been bugging us to get her a pet, but the only thing we'll agree to is a fish and they seem like more work than a hermit crab. So anyways, in the picture she's holding up a really small one (that's all they'd let her hold b/c they didn't want her to drop it if it came out of it's shell while she was holding it). We didn't commit to anything today, but we'll probably bring daddy back soon so she can pick one out to take home. How fun! Also at this mall they have a huge Koi pond with stepping stones. Mayah was amazed at how big the fish were and wanted to stay and look at them a long time. Connor was there too, but as you'll see in the picture he was perfectly content with staying in the stroller eating his "pretz's". That's a perfect example of how he's been his entire life and I am perfectly happy with that, hopefully he'll be able to teach his little sis some tricks of the lazy trade!
