Ava had her big girl birthday on October 24th. She was soooo excited to turn three! She's been telling everyone that she's "almost three" for months now. Grammy flew in on the 22nd so that she'd be able to spend all of the kids' birthdays with them ~ they're loving having her here! As an added bonus Pappy flew in a week later and Grandpa Bosworth gets here on Friday! Mayah's baptism is coming up this weekend and we are so lucky to have the grandparents in town to celebrate and spend this special time with us. I wasn't totally prepared with birthday candles for Ava so her birthday cinnamon roll was a-glow with tea lights instead ~ she loved it! She also LOVED her ladybug pillow pet that she's been talking about for FOREVER now...it's a pillow, it's a pet, it's a pillow pet! And if you don't know that catchy little jingle yet then just you wait...your kids will soon introduce you to the lovely world of pillow pets ;-)
Ava has such a big personality. I don't quite know how to explain it really...she's definitely her own person, with her own opinions and ideas. If I had to describe Ava in a few words I would have to say that she is a BIG cutie, a BIG performer, a BIG sass ;-), a BIG cuddle bug, and a BIG sweet heart...she is very concerned about her "fillings" {that is how she says the word "feelings" when she informs us that "you hurt my fillings!"} I think she is going to have the "biggest" personality out of all my kids so far. I love her so much.

OH I MISS OUR DAYS TOGETHER. We're getting pillow pets for Christmas and I ALWAYS sing that jingle when referring and people look at me like I'm crazy and I think, just wait . . . just wait . . . you'll be in my shoes soon! LOVE IT! So glad I'm not the only one getting sucked in to the pillow pet world! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AVA, I can't believe she's 3!
Jake discovered pillow pets during our trip to the mall yesterday (yes, it was time already to buy a snow suit, ugh!). Miss Ava Lou is gorgeous. Love those curls!
