Yes, this is what Ava is thinking pretty much every second of the day...either that or "maybe if I smile big enough or act cute enough somebody will pick me up"...let me tell you, this little girl had got it all figured out!! Anytime someone so much as glances her way she'll give a HUGE grin and wiggle her body beyond belief to try and get their attention so they'll pay her some attention or pick her up...and she will most definitely let you know that her feelings are hurt if you just ignore her flirtatious attempts :-) So here are some adorable pictures of her trying to eat her toes. This is by far one of my favorite things that my babies do...it's just so cute to see them fold themselves in half and stick their chunky little toes into their mouths...they are so easily entertained at this age.
And her is another picture of Little Miss Lou Lou Bird (we come up with the most random nick-names for our kids) eating her first meal of rice cereal...this is exciting stuff for sure!! She loved it and kept grabbing at my hand trying to make the whole process of shoveling it into her mouth go even faster (notice the death grip she has on my hand!). I would have posted some video, but 1) I know it isn't that exciting for anyone, but me and 2) I was afraid you would have been grossed out at watching her eat and re-eat the cereal over and over again since she hasn't yet mastered the talent of swallowing on the first try...so I'd re-scoop the mess off her chin and feed it to her again and again. Yum!

Who doesn't re feed all that food over and over again. You are not alone! :) She is getting so big. I can't believe how fast it goes. And she looks so much like Conner! You all look so much alike. Those eyes!!!
i re feed food too...I even would uncontously move my mouth making the eating motion as they would eat. she is too cute miss you guys
