My best friend, Jamie, married the love of her life, Rory, this past month. She was such a gorgeous bride and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was so much fun having an entire weekend to spend with my two BFFs and friends from high school. Jamie asked Mayah to be the flower girl and boy did she LOVE it! She is definitely not shy when it comes to being the center of attention (so opposite of me!). I think her favorite part was at the reception where she was able to cut some rug with the grown ups :-) Jamie's hair stylist owns her own space and let us all get ready together there ~ it was so much fun hanging out with the girls while we were all getting our hair done, doing our make up and chatting it up. Mayah even got in on the action as I did her hair and (a little bit of) makeup in one of the stylist's chairs. It was the BEST weekend (that I didn't want to end ~ ever), but you know how it is when you spend time with your best friends you almost leave more sad because you realize even more how much you love spending time with your girlies. I also have to add that I was even able to have a good old fashioned sleepover with Kate...just like the good 'ole days!!

It was a beautiful wedding and Jamie was a gorgeous bride! I'm so glad I was able to share the experience and that Sandy, Jamie, and Kate got to spend so much time together that weekend. Those times are so rare and precious.
